Fayyaz Khan leader of PML-F District Central Karachi on Friday in a press statement criticized the role of K-Electric for sending excess amount bills by average reading during the period of lockdown and demanded to stop overbilling in Karachi.

He said that despite of following the directives of Sindh Government for not sending bills during lockdown and end of load shedding , K-E is sending heavy amount bills to the poor citizens of Karachi.

Pakistan Muslim League Functional leader stated that a citizen who paid 1500 per month in past has now received 17000 bill, he questioned that how a poor man who just earn 15 to 18 thousand per month could pay the heavy amount bill.

Either he pay the bill or could buy grocery items and medicines for family, he added.

He urged Prime Minister of Pakistan, Army Chief and DG Rangers Sindh to play their role in stopping this injustice with karachiites.

Moreover Fayyaz Khan said there are shares of political leaders in the said organization that’s the reason they are not raising voice in this injustice with the residents of Karachi.
