A general body session held by journalists at Awami Press Club Malir here on yesterday which was presided by General Secretary Manzoor Solangi where Joint Secretary Arshad Ali Gabol performed meeting coordination responsibilities in which Office secretary Abdul Qadir Dars, Executive Committee members Sarwar Memon, Abdul Lateef Bughio, Shahzado Mastoi, Zaman Jokhio, Jamshed Zohrani, Sajad Shah, Asghar Lashari and others participated.
General secretary of APCM presented 6 months performance report of press club and Treasurer Azad Younus Khaskheli proffered financial report of press club before meeting members.
On that occasion different suggestions were given by journalists of APCM for the betterment of press club. It was approved in session to take quick efforts for fund raising, arrange lectureships, poetry competition and other. An honorary membership of Muhammad Ali Gotto in APCM was also approved.
At the end of the program prayer of forgiveness prayer for late Abid Memon Attari a brother of Senior Journalists of APCM Saami Memon and Jami Memon and for the peace of his soul was held.
