It has been learned from the sources that a committee was formed by the director Dr. Shahid Rasool in recent days for the betterment and good performance of Jinnah Hospital, which started showing its performance as soon as it activated.
The employees of Jinnah Hospital who were absent and escape on duty have been awakened from sleep.
While the reputable officers of Jinnah Hospital Dr. Adeel Sammo Assistant Director, Assistant Director Dr. Saddam Hussain, Assistant Superintendent Nursing Shahid Iqbal, Senior Computer Operator Muhammad Usman, Ameer Ali Deenari Liason Assistant and Assistant Director Saif Soomro have been included in the surveillance team.
In this regard, the surveillance team has started making surprise visits in which accident emergency, COT, rest room and wards have been visited, in which doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, supporting staff, janitorial staff and security guards, including the attendance of Patient Aid Foundation employees have been checked.
Along with this, a report was also taken on the supply of medicines.
While during the visit of the team, many employees were found absent for which a report has been made by the surveillance team and sent to the management.
According to sources, the process of dressing and autoclave sterilization was being carried out in an irresponsible manner in the emergency room, and the surveillance team has made its recommendations and submitted them to the director’s office.
The formation of a surveillance team is likely to improve the performance of Jinnah Hospital, which will improve the provision of treatment and medical facilities to the public.
