Inauguration ceremony of Momin Malirai Library held by Awami Press Club Malir at Murad Memon village in which Political Social leaders, Writers, Historians, Librarians, Poets, Journalists and others participated in a great number throughout Sindh.
PTI leader Qadir Bukhsh Kalmaty was special guest of ceremony who cut the ribbon of Library and Hall.On that occasion senior politician MNA Abdul Hakeem Balouch, Historian Gul Hassan Kalmaty, Muhammad Yousuf Balouch, Poetess Yasmeen Chandio, Writer Javed Mahar, Former DIG Khamiso Khan, AK Younus Khaskheli, Ms Muhammad Saleh Depar were offered Ajrak gifts.
On that occasion Qadir Bukhsh Kalmaty addressed ceremony participants and said that libraries are the treasure of education, Literary, awareness and wisdom and books light up the darkness of ignorance and development, honor and peace can be established in the world by study.
He said that opportunities have not been given to youth of district Malir yet which can be causes of achieving educational, researching and fundamental human rights.
MNA Abdul Hakeem Balouch said that Awami Press Club is only in Malir where library is founded which is appreciated work and it can be hoped that people will avail from it.
Gul Hassan Kalmaty said that entire Sindh is aware but people of Malir are less mature who donot take ownership of Malir that’s why strangers are possessed on their lands and resources.
DC Malir Ghanwar Ali Laghari said that he will work for education and literary activities till he is in Malir and soon Malir’s libraries will be handed over to cultural department about which matter is under discussion with cultural department.He said that soon a ceremony will be held to appreciate active literates, Journalists, Writers and Social activists with rewards.
He pronounced to provide book for Momin Malirai Library in a great deal. Founder of Sindh Public Library Javed Mahar said that once again trend of libraries has been raised so youth should be motivated to come and study books.
On that occasion PPP leader Yousuf Murtaza Balouch, Poetess Yasmeen Chandio, Awami Tehreek leader Rustam Mirani, Ali Mastoi, fishermen leader Irfan Umar, Ayub Shan, Ali Kalmaty, HANDs representative Khalil Wadelo, social leader Zafar Hameed, National Press Club president Waheed Sial, Yaqoob Khaskheli, Saleem Balouch, Lateef Rawlani and others also addressed to inauguration ceremony.
At that end of that ceremony all participants were handed refreshment boxes and served tea.
