Karachi : Participants of 5th HR Tec conference urged to increase the usage of Technology in all fields of Human Resources in the Fifth edition of HR Legends Conference “HR Tech Summit Asia 2023 held on Monday at local Hotel of Karachi.

Founder and CEO HR Legends ,Ghulam Mustafa said that HR Professionals should adopt digital Apps and modernize Technology to attain best results but not more than 15 percent HR Professionals have hands-on experience on it when he was addressing participants in the inaugural session .He said that HR professionals’ main challenge is the Data and how to gather data .

He announced the launch of “Talent Beep ” designed by HR legends to address all HR needs .He also discussed the ingredients of HR Transformation ,while concluding his speech .
The second keynote speaker was Managing partner , Decibel – BPO Faisal Qamar who laid stress on developing digital Culture and readiness of HR Professionals and said that Google has changed the Landscape by developing Apps globally .

The role of HR is very depressing in the current economic depression due to depreciation in Currency value and ongoing Inflation day by day. They laminated the need of our youth global migration to earn foreign exchange for Pakistan and rejected the perception of brain drain and talent shortage .
Country Head SAP Saquib Ahmed ,Head of HR Sanofi Shakeel Mapara ,HR heads and HR officers also attended this conference .
