Muhammad Naveed Anwar Secretary Information Pakistan Peoples Paramedical Staff Karachi Division stated that the protest of Health workers including Doctors, Nurses, Lady Health workers and all Paramedical staff would remain continue across Sindh till the restoration of Health risk allowance.
The health risk allowance of health workers has been stopped by the finance department, the employees of Provincial government health facilities on Saturday reject the said decision of sindh government and raised slogans against this action while boycotting OPDs and staging protest at their respective health facilities .
It was learned that The Pakistan Peoples Paramedical Staff and Young Doctors Association have started protest in all Government hospitals across Sindh to demand provincial government for restoration of Health risk allowance of health workers.
Whereas, On Saturday, all government hospitals across Sindh, including Jinnah Hospital and Civil Hospital Karachi employees staged protest and chanted slogans for health risk allowance restoration.
However , The protesters were also carrying placards in their hands, On which following slogans were mentioned: restore health total risk allowance, restore time scale and approve service structure.
