Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town has become the first town in Karachi where Chairman Dr. Fawad Ahmed has introduced a complaint redressal app by ensuring the use of digital technology, where the residents of Gulshan e Iqbal Town will be able to register their desired complaint on single touch.

Residents will be able to register their complaint easily by choosing for their respective complaint.
This initiative of Chairman Gulshan Iqbal Town Dr. Fauad Ahmed is being appreciated by the residents of Gulshan e Iqbal Town.
Chairman Gulshan Iqbal Town Dr. Fawad Ahmed along with Vice Chairman Ibrahim Siddiqui briefed the officers about the app and said that they are moving towards resolving public problems with honesty, taking Gulshan Iqbal Town closer to making Karachi’s ideal town. With the launch of the app, departments have been mandated to take all possible steps to enable redressal of received complaints while I will personally monitoring the complaints received on the app on a daily basis and their redressal reports, he said.
Complaints can also be lodged about water,Sewerage and Garbage which will be forwarded to the concerned officers and a report will be obtained.
