A Heartbreaking incident happened in Pakistan’s biggest city Karachi Muhammadi Colony within the jurisdiction of Pirabad Police Station where FIR registered against father for raping his minor daughter.
It was learned that a woman registered FIR in Pirabad Police Station dated 4th July against her husband for raping 14 years old daughter .
In a police complaint she claimed that her daughter has video recording proof of sexual abuse by her father , which she could submit in a court as an evidence.
She also mentioned in a report that her husband was doing sexual abuse with daughter from long time but she remain silent because of shame .
On the other hand, police presented accused Habib ur Rehman before Judicial Magistrate Asif Ali Abbasi, Whereas accused in front of magistrate admitted his crime of raping daughter.
However, the court has ordered to send accused on three days police remand and also directed to give the investigation of said case to the woman police officer.
