The ‘Friends of Nasir Ahmed Advocate’ arranged a farewell party in honour of Station House Officer (SHO) Taj Rasool of Police Station City Court (PSCC) on his retirement.

Following all the SOPs of COVID-19, a very short but impressive farewell ceremony started with the recitation of Holy Quran by Syed Mehboob Hussain Shah Advocate, later-on all the particents stood up in respect of the national anthem.

Senior Advocate Abrar Malik presented a flower bouquet to the SHO while Munawwar Khaskheli Advocate weared him traditional Sindhi Cultural symbol Ajrak and Tehseen Manzoor Rajput Advocate wreathed Taj Rasool.

Appreciating the services of SHO, the host of the ceremony, Nasir Ahmed Advocate said that the SHO set a unique example during the period of last three decades of PSCC’s history of honesty and non-violence that’s why he would be remembered forever while the police department should follow him.

During the rite, Muhammad Ilyas Advocate offered fateha for the departed soul of former Ameer-e-Jamat-e-Islami Syed Munawwar Hassan.

Muhammad Iqbal, Muhammad Zahid, Jamshed Ali Khowaja, Habibullah Baloch, Abdul Basit, Syed Jaffer Abbas Jafri, Mehmood Khan, Asad Imam, Syed Zahid Ali, Tahir Malik and many other advocates attended the party.
