Fahim Khan has taken charge as Municipal Commissioner D.M.C East. He present the joining to Administrator D.M.C East Rahmatullah Sheikh.
After taking charge, Fahim Khan met various officers of d.m.c East and said that will play every possible role in improving district east under the supervision of Administrator D.M.C East Rahmatullah Sheikh.
All possible roles should be played to provide municipal facilities to the residents of the district, the district is quite better and work will be done to make it further better, he added.
A meeting of officers in this regard has been convened at head office of d.m.c east on Thursday, November 18 to discuss improving the east district with introduction of each other.
In addition,on the directives of Administrator d.m.c east Rahmatullah Sheikh under the Rabies Control Programme in supervision of Director Municipal Services Tauqeer Abbas work has been carried out in various UCs of East District to prevent incidents of dog bite cases.
Administrator D.M.C East Rahmatullah Sheikh has said that local government department of sindh is playing its role in the rabies control programme.
A trained team should be formed for The catching of dogs for which the concerned department has been requested to organize training in this regard in the DMC east, after which the d.m.c east will play a full role on its own under the Rabies Control Program.
