KDA Employees Union organized corner meeting at Engineering Department of Scheme 33. Speaking at the Session General Secretary Dilawar Khan stated that Mazdoor Union has failed to resolve the issues of employees as their Charter of Demand has rejected by the Governing Body.
Whereas he shared that the Labour Directorate also intimated that until election no union have charge of CBA, now that management could not do any financial agreement with Mazdoor Union.
However, Spokesman of KDA Employees Union Abdul Maroof urged management to initiate the process of contract employees rehiring and also give permanent status to the work charge employees , as the other departments of provincial government has done.
Speaking with the participants KDA Employees Union Patron in Chief Navaid Anwer Siddiqui shared that , it is injustice with the employees of site offices to call them at civic center for bio metric attendance.
He urged management to fix biometric attendance machines at site offices for the ease of site office employees. Mr. Navaid Anwer stated that if the site offices of department would be vacated then who will be responsible in case of occupy.
Moreover he urges DG KDA Dr. Saif ur Rehman to ensure implementation on the decisions of Governing Body. Later two members of Mazdoor Union got affiliation of Employees Union and also shared about the grievances of leaving the previous union.
