Administrator DMC East Rahmatullah Sheikh has said that to make it possible to redress public grievances, he is visiting areas to carry out drainage issues, and the dmc east is also taking steps on its own to keep the drains flowing.

He expressed these views while making it possible to resolve complaints regarding drainage in 13D Gulshan e Iqbal, Khatam nabuwat Chowk Gulshan Iqbal and various area.

He was accompanied with Director DM, Tauqeer Abbas, Executive Engineer B&R Iqbal Mallah, Assistant Executive Engineers, Rashid Fayyaz, Muhammad Haroon and other officers.

He issued instructions to the officers that now water logging sites have identified so next time better arrangements should be made for drainage while disposal points should be cleared for drainage he added.

He said that the DMC East team performed tireless duties for drainage.

He further said that no matter how many rains occur,we would be take all necessary measures.

He requested to the residents of the district east that some time will required for drainage of rainy water like previous rain but does not mean that my team or I neglect the issues and problems of citizen, First we try to clear roads so that traffic flow is not affected as well as focus on areas But I assure the citizens that we will provide relief to the people by performing duties as soon as possible for municipal services.
