On the directives of Administrator D.M.C East Rahmatullah Sheikh, Deputy Commissioner East Asif Jan Siddiqui and Municipal Commissioner Faheem Khan steps are being taken to eliminate encroachments.
The operation against illegal bus terminal near numaish roundabout was carried out under the supervision of Assistant commissioner Asma Batool, Additional Director Sohail Sadiq and Deputy Director Wahid Sheikh and others.
Assistant Commissioner Asma Batool strictly forbade parking of vehicles at the said place and asked to concerned departments level the street under which road leveling work has been started.
Administrator D.M.C East Rahmatullah Sheikh and Municipal Commissioner Faheem Khan has said that all possible steps are being taken for the betterment of district east and municipal services are being provided before Pakistan, West Indies cricket series concerned departments are fulfillment the responsibilities which assigned by D.M.C East, the areas around National Stadium and adjoining roads have been provided with municipal facilities.
For this, under the supervision of Executive Engineer M&E Imtiaz Bhutto, Karsaz Road and other adjoining roads have been illuminated and under the supervision of in-charge Rao Shamshad, Debris have been disposed off,other departments also performed their duties according to given responsibilities.
