District East Advertisement Department Director Javed Kalwar along with other department officials are allegedly violating orders of Top Court as Steamers and banners are fixed in the jurisdiction of district east .
It was learned that, Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued clear directions for ban on any types of Advertisements within the city .
Sources informed that Advertisement department officials of DMC East has given green signal to the advertisers by taking millions of rupees as a bribe to fix their banner steamers and banners in various areas of district east.
Moreover on anonymity of name DMC East Official informed that an officer namely Waqas Soomro and Fazal Abbas are involved behind these illegal activities and giving unofficial permission to advertisers allegedly by taking bribe.
On the other hand few months back Anti Corruption Establishment Department had also took action against the said illegal practices of DMC East Advertisement Department but the officials of department have continued this illegal practices again after the appointment of Administrator.
