After several years of efforts, Muhammad Ali Shah a competent and dedicated Director General has been appointed in Karachi Development Authority (KDA), for which the Provincial Local Government Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah deserves congratulations.

As before the appointment of Muhammad Ali Shah, the employees of KDA were deprived of their salaries from several months and KDA got funds from the provincial government for payment of monthly salaries every month.

It was learned that, after the appointment of Muhammad Ali Shah, not only the long-standing issue of salaries has solved, but KDA is now financially stable.

However, The recovery of KDA has improved and KDA’s land worth billions of rupees recovered from illegal occupants despite of facing resistance DG KDA did personal efforts for department’s land recovery.

Whereas, According to sources, DG KDA Muhammad Ali Shah finally took notice of inactive public relations department and decided to appoint an experienced and hardworking officer to strengthen this department.

After consulting with the seniors of the institution, DG KDA has selected an officer for the department of public relations, sources told.

Further, In this regard, the officers of KDA told Daily City News that DG KDA is taking steps to strengthen the department and this will be a very welcoming step to active the public relations department.

According to sources, Akram Sattar, the former Deputy Director of KDA Public relations department, who has served for a long time in the this department, is considered to be a strong candidate for this post.
