Some persons are continuously defaming DMC East officials and its employees through publishing fake news based on rumors and sharing fake posts on social media.
News which published recently regarding Adhoc employees in which Municipal Commissioner East Shoaib Ahmed Malik, Accounts Officer Naveed Kolachi, Audit officer Waheed Shaikh including Ex Salary Pool Incharge Hafiz Abdullah names were mentioned without taking their point of view.
An officer of DMC East on anonymity of name stated that the said news comes under the violation of defamation law as no one have right to criticized or put allegations of corruption on any government official without getting his or her point of view.
He hinted that it is an act of getting bribe on the name of Adhoc employees.
The officers of DMC East has denied the allegations which put on them on the news which published on a local urdu language newspaper.
They asked that every department of DMC East works by following the law and in case of any issue department itself take action and resolve the issue on a priority basis.
Whereas it was learned that some journalists are mentioning the name of Secretary Local Government Board Zameer Abbasi without having his any link or involvement in the matter.
Ex Salary Pool Incharge Hafiz Abdullah always followed the rules and regulations while performing his duty and prioritised the issues of DMC East Employees.
Whereas an officer of DMC East shared, Because of these officers DMC East employees are getting salaries on 1st of every month.
However Adhoc Employees also praised the efforts of Ex Salary Pool Incharge Hafiz Abdullah and expressed hope that he would rejoin as a Salary Pool Incharge as he had done tremendous job during his posting.
