Buzrig Dost Committee UC —19 Pipri organized protesting rally from main chaok of Sindhi village to national highway here on yesterday regarding implementation on passed 2014 bill on the chapter of old age benefits.
Rally was supervised by Abdul Hafeez Bughio, Shafi Muhammad Hakro, Imam Bukhsh Gabol, Abdul Rehman Gabol, Muhammad Yameen and others in which Buzrig Committee staff, members and area’s people participated immensely.
People of rally recorded their protest and talked with journalists that matter of old age peoples facilities is a big issue because they have not been facilitated yet, they have become solitary regarding social affairs and national and private departments have also neglected them.
They said that legislation should be made about old age people right so that Public Transportation, Nadra Office, Banks and others departments become bound to provide them facilities and implementation should be practised on 2014 bill also which was passed by Sindh Assembly, all amenities be paid to old age people including remedy, free medicines and buzrig allowance so that they do not become constrained to beg for the completion of their life needs.
More over that said that SARSO NGO initiated to raise the issue of old age people’s benefit which is creditable step.
They said that old age people who devoted their entire life serving their children, family and country so today when they have become old then they are left alone, it is inappropriate act, it is obvious too that they are not failure but a significant part of society.
They said expressing their vision that they will continue their endeavor for the achievement of old age peoples benefit and facilities
