Bails of 11 extended in May 9 vandalism case

LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court extended pre-arrest bails by October 31 of 11 accused allegedly involved in creating law and order situation and Jinnah House vandalism case. The next date was fixed for further arguments. Sarwar Road police had registered FIR against several accused including Shafaqat, Zameer, Akram and others. Meanwhile the ATC Judge also sought further arguments by October 23 in post arrest bails filed by 25 accused in Jinnah House attack case.

Permission of investigation

The ATC Judge granted permission to concerned police to conduct investigation from PTI’s social activist Khadija Shah in a case of arson outside Rahat Bakery.

The ATC Jude granted permission to police for conducting investigation from the aforementioned accused in jail. Lahore High Court’s division bench had granted bails to Khadija Shah in alleged two cases (Askari Tower and Jinnah House attack).
