Karachi(APP) :As many as 696 Special Security Unit(SSU) Commandos along with 33 lady commandos, 2 SSPs, 8 DSPs and otherlaw enforcement agenices officals besides sharp shooters will also bedeployed at sensitive points during the mega event of Pakistan Super League 2020 matches that would be played in National Stadium Karachi(NSK) on February 20.
According to a statment issued by Police Security and Emergency Service Division the country’s first Special Weapons and Tactics(S.W.A.T) team comprising highly trained and well equipped Commandos including lady Commandos will remain alert at SSU Headquarters asquick response force to challenge any emergency situation.
While 40 SSU police vans with 30 camers installed on them will be patrolling around National Stadium Karachi.
Besides, personnel of SSU have also been assigned duties to guide spectators at gates of National Stadium and parking lots. They will perform their duties in track suits.
