Central President of Karachi Officers Welfare Association Muhammad Rizwan Khan, Ayaz Muhammad Khan, Adnan Muhammad Khan, Manzar Warsi, Abdul Manan, Imrana Ashfaq, Shamoona Sadaf, Jamal Nasir, Musarat Sultana, Muhammad Farhan Khan in a joint statement has welcomed the order of Supreme Court of Pakistan to restore the son quota and It has been declared as a victory for the employees.
In a Press statement statement, Karachi Officers Welfare Association office bearers said that KMC , DMCs, KDA including all government institutions should ensure implementation on the order of the Supreme Court to restore the son quota.
Minister Local Government Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Sindh Local Government Secretary, Administrator Karachi, and other heads should implement on it in their respective departments,it added.
Moreover, Association Office bearers asked that, The way administrator Karachi Murtaza Wahab os doing tremendous work, he should take the initiative in this regard and make history.
The legal department of KMC and DMCs should submit the copy of the said decision and submit proposal to the administrator and municipal commissioner.
In order to execute this order Son quota and death quota cases should be resolved on priority basis.
