LAHORE: The Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) conducted a raid at former PTI MNA Zartaj Gul’s residence but she was not present at home.
A case had been registered against Zartaj and her husband on allegations of getting up to 10 per cent commission in award of contracts.
Meanwhile, the ACE registered a case against former PTI MNA and federal state minister for housing and works Mian Shabbir Ali Qureshi on charges of corruption.
According to Punjab ACE spokesperson, a special team was constituted to arrest him but the PTI leader could not be apprehended.
Qureshi is accused of taking commission in various development projects and awarding contracts to his favourite contractors.
