Deputy inspector general of Sindh police west zone Dr.Muhammad Amin Yousufzai on Monday transferred a station house officer allegedly on the allegations of supporting drug peddlers, showing poor performance, delay in registration of cases and no-confidence of the residents of Baldia Town on SHO Madina Colony Imdad Ali Khawaja, said senior PPP leaders and central secretary information of Peoples lawyers forum Pakistan advocate Abdul Qadir Mandokhail.
In a meeting with SSP west Fida Hussain Janwari and SP Bldia Shehla Qureshi, the leadership of PPP district west including President PPP district west, MPA Liaquat Ali Askani, advocate Qadir Khan Mandokhail, and General Secretary PS-115 Asif Moosa have registered complaints against SHO PS Madina Colony Imdad Ali Khawaja.
They told SSP Fida Hussain Janwari about the involvement of SHO in supporting drugs peddlers and Gutka mafia in the jurisdiction of Madina Colony, Baldia Town. They had raised the voice on behalf of residents that the appointed SHO is allegedly involved in harassment of citizens and spreading crime instead of performing his duty and protecting the rights of citizens.
After listing complaints and concerns of the political leadership of district west the SSP transferred SHO Madina Colony Imdad Ali Khuwaja on the instruction of DIG west Sindh police and sent him to the district central zone on immediate basis, said Qadir Khan Mandokhail.
While taking to CityNews Asif Moosa has expressed his complete no-confidence on the performance of SHO. He said the transfer of SHO is in favor of the residents of Madina Colony and the peoples are pleased with the decision taken by DIG and SSP West.
He also appreciated the released transfer order of such a station house officer who was not performing towards crime control and showed his full support to district west zone police for creating a peaceful environment in Baldia Town as well as in Sindh.
