Coronavirus: Sindh Govt decides for closure of Restaurants & Shopping Malls

Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah on Monday in a meeting decided for the closure of restaurants and shopping malls for 15 days, the decision would be applicable from tomorrow.

Moreover, Government offices would close from the day after tomorrow, Chief Secretary would also issue notification regarding the said decision.

On the other hand, the intercity bus service would be suspended from the day after tomorrow.

While addressing meeting CM Sindh shared that if the virus would spread then we could face the shortage of hospitals.

He stated that to combat against COVID- 19 we should have to control its spread. However, it was decided that Grocery Stores, Pharmacy including basic needs items shops would remain open.

“We want to get citizens to restrict at their homes”, said Syed Murad Ali Shah.

It was learned that the CM Sindh stated in a Press Statement, Citizens could order food online from the restaurant, whereas the dining facility would remain suspended.

Further, As per the Press Statement of CM Sindh Spokesman, Syed Murad Ali Shah directed for the closure of the driving license branch
