The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board (BBSHRRDB) and the Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), a division of the Ministry of Overseas Pakistan have formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster collaboration and expand overseas employment opportunities for BBSHRRDB trainees.
The MOU was signed by Mr. Munwar Ali Mithani, Secretary BBSHRRDB, and Mr. Naseer Khan Shahani, Managing Director, OEC, representing their respective organizations.
This strategic partnership aims to create a structured framework to bridge the gap between training and employment, enabling skilled youth from Sindh to access meaningful job opportunities abroad.
During the signing ceremony, officials from both sides highlighted the critical role of public sector collaboration in addressing unemployment and unlocking the global potential of Pakistan’s talented youth.
The agreement marks a significant step toward realizing a vision of a skilled, globally competitive, and prosperous Sindh.
It underscores BBSHRRDB’s commitment to not only provide training but to facilitate trans formative career paths for the youth.
