Major operation of FBR in Karachi, accused of forgery in sales tax worth crores of rupees arrested.
A major action by FBR officers on the orders of senior officers of the Medium Tax Payers Office in Karachi, the owner of a steel company was arrested for falsifying Rs 40 crore in sales tax.
In the case of forgery, other accused including the owner of the company are also involved.
According to FBR ,The arrested accused is being further investigated after being remanded by the Customs Court.
Whereas according to FBR Karachi officer, Raiding operations are going on to arrest more accused.
