Muhammad Ashraf Patron in Chief of Peoples Labour Union in a press statement praised the efforts of Minister Local Government Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Secretary Local Government Najam Shah and Senior Director Sindh Master Plan Authority Shams Siddiqui for releasing of 50 Million rupees for payment of pension and dues of retired employees.
He stated that the pensioners of Sindh Master Plan Authority were facing issues due to non payment of pension and others dues but now on his request the issue is going to be resolved.
However he stated that Shams Siddiqui Senior Director took personal interest in resolving the said issue.
It was learned that Local Government Government in a letter to Senior Director Sindh Master Plan Authority asked to transfer an amount of 50 Million to another bank account for exclusive purpose of disbursement of pension and Commutation, Gratuity etc to the retired employees of department.
