Malir court announced emancipation of 107 more prisoners due to the Coronavirus outbreak into Malir Jail here on yesterday.
After the emancipation of 107 prisoners the total number of prisoners has become 295 who have been released from Jail within 2 days.
In this respect it has been informed that those prisoners who are emancipated from jail out of them 104 prisoners cases were under trial and 3 prisoners were sentences, said prisoners admitted their crime after that they were released.
All districts justices had visited Malir Jail and collected the information regarding prisoners before the release of prisoners.
On the other hand sub court has also ordered to release suspects of military cases after the acceptance of their bail.
In this regards advocates have said that military cases accused are also released by courts who were under trail.
