Judicial Magistrate of Malir Nadeem Ahmed Burriro raided abruptly at Bin Qasim Police Station where he found Khuda Bukhsh Bughio illegally under lock up here on yesterday.
Judicial Magistrate ordered to processed documents against the arrest of citizen before him but Police became failure to proceed documents after that magistrate commanded police to set citizen Khuda Bukhsh Bughio free immediately.
Judicial magistrate also instructed SHO Bin Qasim to be present in court will all records today.
In this regards it has been listened that applicant Muhammad Azeem Bughio had submitted complaint in Malir court against Bin Qasim Police that police has arrested and kept in custody his Uncle Khuda Bukhsh Bughio without any crime which should be emancipated.
On that occasion Khuda Bukhsh Bughio talked with journalists and said that Bin Qasim Police had got him custody against false blame.
