YDA and YASW started plantation campaign from Major Hospitals
YASW and YDA join forces for a greener future at JPMC and NICH! , Chairman YDA said that, Together, we’re nurturing a healthier environment for all.
On the occasion of Pakistan’s 77th Independence Day, the Young Doctors Association (YDA), in collaboration with the Youth and Students Wing (YASW) Medical Community, successfully conducted a tree plantation drive at the National Institute of Child Health (NICH).
Dr. Mehboob Noonari, Chairman of YDA Sindh, along with the YDA NICH cabinet, and YASW President Dr. Muneeb and his team, had the honor of welcoming esteemed guests, including Dr. Nasir Saleem Sadal, Executive Director of NICH; Dr. Arit Parkash, Professor and Head of the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology; Arshad Domki, Deputy Executive Director; Yaqoob Memon, Deputy Director; and Aijaz Kaleri Member the Pakistan Nursing Council, at the plantation drive held at NICH.
The event also saw the participation of senior founding members of YDA including Dr. Kamal Khayalani. President of YDA JPMC, Dr. Ammar Danish, along with the YDA JPMC Spokesperson, Dr. Muhammad Ali, planted trees alongside the YDA Chairman, NICH administration, and faculty members.
This exemplary collaboration among all stakeholders and advocates for the rights of healthcare providers embodies the true spirit of democracy within our healthcare institutions.
Dr Mehboob stated that,we firmly believe that healthcare providers are on the frontlines during climate emergencies and national crises.
The Young Doctors Association Sindh and YASW along with all its office bearers, members, and units, will continue to lead efforts to create a healthier and more democratic environment.
