Watan Parast Labour Union KDA Patron in Chief Syed Imran Hussain Jafri, General Secretary Zeeshan Malik including office bearers of Work Charge Ittehad Panel met with Chief Engineer KDA Mubeen Siddiqui to discuss about the process of Work Charge Employees Scrutiny Committee.
On the request and serious reservations of Watan Parast Labour Union Chief Engineer forwarded the summary of work charge scrutiny committee to DG Karachi Development Authority (KDA).
Whereas Syed Imran Hussain Jafri stated that “We stand with workcharge employees, daily wages employees of all the departments are being regularized, but in KDA workcharge and contract employees are facing severe financial crisis due to their non-regularization from a long time”.
He shared the Management attitude of using delay tactics from last 3 years in regularization process of said employees is condemnable and it is a question mark on the credibility of management that despite of continuous raising voice from last three years the issues are stand still.
Moreover he hinted to stage protest and express reservations on the list of contract employees and asked that in case of any rigging union reserves right of protest.
Imran Hussain said that “ we need justice for Workcharge ,Contract and Daily Wages Employees and would continue to raise voice until the resolution of their issues”.
