A Grand Iftar dinner was organized by the Watan Parast Labour Union at Sabzazar of Civic Center. Nadeem Khan Incharge of Central Labour Federation PSP, Azeem Zahoor Joint in-charge, Muhammad Ashraf, General Secretary of labor union, officials from other political parties and officers, employees of Karachi Development Authority , Senior journalists of electronic and print media attended Iftar Dinner.
Guest of Honor Vice Chairman Shabbir QaimKhani, Nadeem Khan Incharge of Central Labor Federation PSP, Secretary KDA Shamsul Haq Siddiqui, General Secretary of Peoples Labor Union Muhammad Ashraf, General Secretary Zeeshan Malik, President Wasim Khan, Information Secretary Yasir Ali Khan, Joint Secretary Naseem Ansari, Members Committee Rafiq Saleem, Muhammad Arif and other members were also present on the occasion.
The program of Iftar Dinner has been fully attended by men, women employees, officers of electronic, print media and journalists from all departments of Development Corporation Karachi.
After Iftar Dinner irrespective of race, nationality and sect ration bags and clothes have been distributed among deserving employees.
Leader Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) Shabbir Qaim Khani said that the hearts of the people of Pakistan and especially the city of Karachi are very big and It is a great blessing.
He stated that, I would like to congratulate the Watan Parast labour union for organizing the Iftar dinner today and I hope that similar programs will be held in the future as well.
However, Nadeem Khan, Incharge of Central Labour Federation PSP, said that iftar dinner held in various institutions on the directions of Chairman PSP, Syed Mustafa Kamal and President Anis Qaim Khani.
He further shared that the purpose of breaking the fast in Ramadan is to promote peace and brotherhood with each other.
Patron in Chief Watan Parast Labour Union Imran Hussain said Ramadan teaches patience and self-sacrifice.
As much as possible, we will continue to play a practical role for the welfare of the employees, he added. He further said that distribution of rations and clothes would be carried out without harming the self esteem of any employee.
On this occasion, the Watan Parast Officers Association PSP formally inaugurated which was announced by PSP leader Shabir Qaim Khani.
