Chairman Sohrab Goth Town Municipal Corporation Lala Abdul Raheem inspected different areas regarding health and cleanliness in different areas of the town.
He stated that,Our priorities include health, sanitation and water supply and biggest deprivation of the residents of Sohrab Goth is the non-provision of municipal facilities for the past several decades.
But now after providing financial powers to the town chairmen, we are trying to utilize them in a better way despite the lack of funds, manpower and assets, he added.
It was learned that,Due to the personal interest of Chairman Sohrab Goth Town, these difficulties have now been gradually improving , and after receiving complaints the department is taking immediate steps to clear the sewage line by means of rodding and suction pumps.
