Administrator D.M.C East Rahmatullah Sheikh has said that he has already served in the d.m.c east. Efforts will be made to play all possible roles to improve the district east, ensure that officers adhere to office hours.
He expressed these views while addressing a meeting of officers after taking charge.
It is important to perform the duties as teamwork, departments should play all possible roles for redressal of complaints whose report should be sent to complaint centres.
He said that transparency process will be given priority to improve other municipal issues including development works.
Efforts will be made to provide relief to citizens as well as every work of d.m.c east should based on transparency.
Departmental officers briefed them on the issues faced with briefings about their respective departments on which they issued instructions on the spot and said that steps would be taken to address departmental problems and improvement through department wise meetings.
