In order to make the recently conducted Grade 19 DPC controversial in the Karachi Development Authority, the ‘system mafia’ is active, trying to confuse the matter through misleading reports to the media.
Departmental sources said that the departmental promotions have been carried out as per all legal norms under which ‘8’ officers have been promoted, including ‘3’ technical and ‘5’ non-technical officers.
The DPC was sent to the Local Government Minister on 17-07-2023 and later it was approved by including it in the ‘Minutes’.
The System Mafia disappeared the DPC file approved by Interim Government.
But on the intervention of the higher authorities, the file was recovered and the secretary ‘KDA’ has cleared it by taking further action under the law, later the chief secretary issued the promotion letters of these officers.
A desperate attempt was made to mislead DG KDA Tahir Sangi on this matter, still this nefarious process is going on.
