Sindh Government Holds Open Forum In Baldia Town

The Sindh government organized an open forum in Baldia Town, Karachi, attended by special assistant to the Chief Minister Sindh, Liaquat Askani, Asif Khan, Ali Ahmed Jan, Arbab Lutfullah, parliamentary secretary Qasim Soomro, Mukhtiar Ali Abdro DC Kemari, Iqbal Ahmed Mirani Administrator DMC Keamari, Afaq Saed municipal commissioner DMC Kemari, Abid Satti, Asif Moosa, Hanif Khan, Abdul Salam, Zaheer Baloch, Atif Qasmi, Anwer Niazi, PPP district officials and administrative officers, and a large number of citizens.

Liaquat Asakani, Special Assistant for the Kutchi Abadi’s and human settlement, said that open forums are being organized across the province on the directives of chairman Pakistan peoples party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to hear your complaints and resolve them, and to address these issues with the concerned authorities as they are available in this open forum.

Criticizing the federal government, special assistant for Kutchi Abadi’s and human settlement MPA Liaquat Asakani said that the federal government has destroyed the countries economy in three years, the federal government has not benefited Sindh in these years, it has been difficult for the people to make money, flour and sugar. milk prices have skyrocketed and the public is unable to buy the basic necessities of life.

Further, he said that we will not leave the people of Karachi alone and at the mercy of the federal government, during the open forum citizens had identified issues such as water shortage, blocked sewerage systems, load shedding of electricity, drug peddling, law and order situation, low pressure of the gas, health, and related education while the representatives of the concerned departments had replied over the complaints in an open forum.

Moreover, MPA Liaquat Askani had assured to solve the addressed existing issues and also announced the opening of new water related projects and directed the officers of the concerned departments to be present among the public and resolve the issues on priority basis.
