As the Sindh government decided to reopen all schools in the province from September 15 and issued standard operating procedures (SOPs). Karan Singh Sodha being a stakeholder of Newchhore visited Government High School Newchhore today.
While meeting with the newly appointed Headmaster Muhammad Ameen, he discussed that it will be more productive to make some plan to resolve the genuine and basic issues of school. ‘”All we have to do to create the future is to change the nature of our conversations, to go from blame to ownership, and from bargaining to commitment, and from problem-solving to possibility, “Something happens when you feel ownership. You no longer act like a spectator or consumer, because you’re an owner. Faith is at its best when it’s that way too. It’s best lived when it’s owned.” He said.
Sodha stressed that “Majority of the people are building their houses beautifully, investing money in online business on high risk, but just feel for a while if we contribute for the betterment of our home school it will pay-off through different ways.”
Talking to the meeting active journalist Jagat Dan Charan, Salah Soomro, and Shahnawaz Soomro also emphasized that do your thing. Do it unapologetically. Don’t be discouraged by criticism. You probably already know what they’re going to say. Pay no mind to the fear of failure. It’s far more valuable than success. Take ownership, take chances, and have fun. And no matter what, don’t ever stop doing your thing.
They also added that the grants of the School Management Committee (SMC) should be the property of school, investing all the possible efforts for the progress of this institute will feel you better.
Moreover, Muhammad Ameen explained that he didn’t take the charge of HM yet, as he will be notified he has some plans to hold a sit with the local community, villagers, and key stakeholders, their seriousness is required to make the professional environment.
