Ahsan Ali Mangi, Secretary Schools Education and Literacy Department Sindh, has taken serious action against Zulfiqar Anwer Abbasi on the issue of changing cader and illlegal promotions.
Zulfiqar Anwer Abbasi has been reported to Secretary Office and an inquiry will be conducted under the supervision of Deputy Secretary Altaf Sario.
A letter issued from Secretary Education Sindh SO,(S-III) 2-454- 2017 Dated 10-1-2019
in which higher authority have ordered DEO Korangi, TEO, Concerned Principle and Zulfiqar Abbasi to apperar in person with origional service record and relevant papers of Zulfiqar Abbasi at Secretary Education office on Monday.
According to sources Zulfiqar Anwer Abbasi has no his academic records of the staff including the changing of the cadre and promotions paper are not available in concerned office as well.
Zulfiqar Anwer Abbasi has used his authorities against rules and regulations and also created problems for Girls School staff and its students.
