Sindh Minister for Education, Labor & Human Resources Saeed Ghani today surprise visit to various schools and colleges of Lyari at 8:30 am.
The Provincial Minister arrived at Khada Market at 8.25 am and expressed his displeasure over the absence of the Principal.
The Provincial Minister directed that assembly should be conducted in every college and the school every day adding that the assembly should be ensured and photos and video clips of assembly should be sent to the Directorate of Colleges on daily basis.
The Minister said that attendance should be ensured at every school and college of the province.
However Saeed Ghani also visited Nusrat Bhutto College and Ezzat Khan Government Boys Secondary School, Lyari.
The Minister directed to maintain the cleanliness conditions in schools and colleges and solve the problems of classroom etc to provide maximum facilities to the students.
The Minister Education checked the attendance of teachers of college and school and directed to explain regarding the absent teachers.
He said that at each school and college across Sindh attendance should be essential on daily basis before 8.30am.
The Provincial Minister applauded the Principal of Lyari Degree College for Women for holding daily assembly and classes daily.
He issued instructions to the Director’s Colleges to increase enrollment in colleges and schools and to compile lists of schools or colleges where the enrollment is low.
The Minister for Education also sought a report on integrating schools and colleges where enrollment is very low must be improved in letter and spirit of the Education Department, he added.
