Residents of Malir deprive from health basic right

Public of Malir deprived from basic rights of health more than 25 hospitals were handed over to PPHI including Shaheed Abdullah Murad, Memon village, Dumba village, 36 bed hospital, Pipri Dispensary, Ghaghar Dispensary and others which has passed a year but no a reasonable and required facility has been provided to the people of Malir.

In this respect social activist Younus Khaskheli revealed talking with journalists of Malir that substandard medicines is purchased on low cast and made high bills to give a great loss to national treasure.

He claimed that PPHI management is playing with life of Malir’s public and due to the usage of substandard medicines people have affected with many diseases.

He further exclaimed that people of Malir are facing hard days of their life regarding health at present whose responsibility goes on PPHI.

He continued that there is a shortage of medical staff in many hospitals which have been given under the administration of PPHI by Sindh Government so it has become difficult to get good and satisfied cure from mentioned hospitals.

He further added that representatives of Malir are silent to talk against PPHI and they have taken no any steps in their tenure for the betterment of habitants of Malir. He said that the structure of Malir hospitals is being destructed and it is under the policy of PPHI to keep people of Malir away from health amenities that’s way people of Malir are demanding basic facilities of health and hospitals should be provided all requirements like Gambat and Rani Pur hospitals and standard medicines be provided to Malir people.

He demanded strict actions  against those who are indulged in the purchase of substandard medicines and those who directly and indirectly are involved in corruption.
