Ehsas program is an immediate measure of relief for the poor and lower segment of our society by the Prime Minister Imran Khan. However, Sindh government is busy in playing politics over this federal relief program as political statements and administrative failure is evident in this regard.
This was stated by PTI Karachi President and MPA Khurram Sher Zaman in his recent statement blaming PPP Sindh government for political point-scoring over Ehsas program.
He called for an inquiry must take place on all those DCs under which the arrangements are inadequate for the said program.
“Under the Ehsas Programs, deserving families are provided relief in cash, which is an excellent measure by the federal government but the provincial government wants to play political card to undermine this huge effort”.
He added that the program is implemented on merit and transparency, only Sindh province experienced administrative lapses and complaints of deductions and agents are also received which is very alarming.
PTI Legislator urged Sindh government to address all shortcomings to provide relief to the people of Sindh.
He demanded DG Rangers Sindh to deploy rangers on the Ehsas centers all over the province.
