Pakistan Private Schools and Colleges Ladies Wing Hosts Reception for Rafia Mallah

The Ladies Wing of the Pakistan Private Schools and Colleges Association organized a reception in honor of Rafia Javed Mallah Additional Director at Directorate of Inspection and Registration of Private institutions Sindh to acknowledge her contributions for education.

Chairman Anwer Ali Bhatti, General Secretary Alam Sher, and colleagues accompanied Rafia Mallah , while Mr. Akhlaq Ahmed joined to encourage female educators.

The event aimed to discuss key issues, including:

1. Educational opportunities for females
2. Challenges faced by female educators
3. External interference in school administration
4. Registration and renewal processes

Female educators shared concerns about:

1. Male dominance in decision-making
2. Unauthorized visits and blackmailing
3. Need for a support network

To address these concerns, a 100-member group of active female principals will be formed to share concerns and resolve issues collectively.
