Office space would be provided to Local Bodies Reporters Association; DG KDA

Director General Karachi Development Authority Syed Muhammad Ali Shah has said that steps would be taken to provide medical facilities for employees.

The request for allotment of office to the Local Bodies Reporters Association (LBRA) will be implemented soon, whereas meeting will be held with LBRA office bearers after every 15 days to continue the consultation between KDA and journalists and accelerate the development of the city.

DG KDA expressed these views while speaking with a delegation of Local Bodies Reporters Association at his office in Civic Center Karachi .

The delegation of LBRA included President Tanveer Syed, General Secretary Imran Ali Shah, Senior Vice President Johar Majeed Shah, Joint Secretary Syed Junaid Ahmed, Finance Secretary Abid Abbasi and Member Governing Body Zahid Hussain Fakhri.

Speaking on the occasion, DG KDA Syed Muhammad Ali Shah said that the provision of basic rights to the employees is top priority and every possible step would be taken to make KDA economically stable to include KDA in the list of developed institutions.

Moreover he added that, The effects of positive action will soon be felt.

However, The delegation of Local Bodies Reporters Association congratulated Syed Muhammad Ali Shah for taking charge of Director General KDA and assured that every positive step taken by DG KDA would be made public and the association will fully support it.

Further, LBRA delegation presented a bouquet of flowers to DG KDA Muhammad Ali Shah.

Later, DG KDA presented Ajrak and Sindhi tradition caps to the delegation of Local Bodies Reporters Association .
