Nasir Hussain Shah visits PAF Airmen Academy Korangi Creek

Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Provincial Minister for local government, forests and religious affairs visited PAF Airmen Academy Korangi Creek, today. On his arrival at the academy, he was received by Air Vice Marshal Nadeem Akhtar Khan, Air Officer Commanding,PAF Airmen Academy Korangi Creek.

Secretaries of local government, forests and religious affairs also accompanied the minister during the visit.

The minister was given a briefing on transformation of the base into an internationally recognized aviation academy.

He also visited various institutions situated in the premises, where he was briefed regarding the Next Generation Training Program of PAF being implemented here.

He appreciated the concept of Airmen Academy and especially its establishment at Korangi Creek Karachi.

He assured all out support by the Government of Sindh for the success of this landmark national project.

Later, the minister also visited Ibrahim Haidri and other adjoining areas of Korangi Creek. He lauded the relief efforts being carried out by the personnel of PAF Airmen Academy during Covid-19 and recent flood like situation after heavy rains in the city.

While meeting with the notables of the area, he assured the support of Government of Sindh in eradicating civic problems being faced by the residents.

He mentioned that the Government of Sindh was aware of the problems and will go an extra mile to eradicate the concerns of the people to ensure a healthy living.
