A two-member bench of Sindh High court directed KMC for the posting of Muhammad Rizwan Khan till 28th October but till yet he was not posted.
According to M. Rizwan Khan Ex Administrator Laeeq Ahmed on 22nd March 2021 removed him from his post and ordered to report to HRM and posted another officer illegally on is post by superseding the order of Chief Secretary Sindh.
He stated that after the filing of contempt of court application he was posted on 26th January 2021 but again removed from his post after few days without any reason.
A new constitutional petition filed in which court given time of 18th May 2021 to submit reply but Sindh Government and KMC has not submit its reply , However on 12th October KMC advocate assured court that his posting is in process for which 15 days’ time is required which has completed on 28th October.
He informed that on 28th October KMC issues different transfer posting order but it has not issued his posting order .
However Legal Council of Muhammad Rizwan told that he will file application for strict action on 3rd November, he also said that Lawyer Mohammad Rizwan Khan said that my client has been harassed for a year and a half, Those who find the courts a joke will see the power of the law.
Moreover, he informed that there is a bad governance in KMC as several cases comes into court regarding OPS, dual charge and adhocisim.
He expressed that his client will get justice from court as he got justice previously from court.
