Mazdoor Union to move court against appointment in KDA through IBA Sukkur Testing Service
Karachi : Abdul Mateen Sheikh Chairman Mazdoor Union KDA while speaking with Daily City News informed that his union is going to file case in the court against KDA management for advertisement of Senior Clerk job for those candidates who cleared graduation test conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Service.
He stated that, as per the previous CBA charter of demand decision department employees children’s would be given priority in new jobs opening.
He said the department is not even paying salaries and pensions on time then how they advertised for new jobs.
Moreover he told that, retired employees dues are pending from a long time and every time the officials of department give excuse of financial crisis for non payment of dues.
He asked the Karachi Development Authority (KDA) administration to give first priority to the children’s of employees in new jobs as per the decision of Governing body and CBA Charter of demand.
It was learned that Secretary KDA issued vacant position advertisment for the post of Senior Clerk BPS-14 of 45 posts in which only those who cleared IBA Sukkur Testing Service Graduation category test could apply for the post.
