Lutufullah Seelro President Malir Bar Association (MBA) in a letter to Honorable District & Session Judge Malir stated that MBA shall observe full day strike tomorrow on 17th November 2021 and work will remain suspended till the suspension of SHO Sachal Police Station Aurangzeb Khattak.
Moreover he mentioned in a letter that MBA condemned the lodgement of false FIR in Sachal Police Station against senior members namely Syed Ali Sher and his Sister Husun Bano Advocate.
Whereas President Malir Bar Association demanded from Honorable Chief Justice of Pakistan as well as Honorable Chief Justice of Sindh High Court to take suo-motto action on this act.
However he also urged for legal action against SHO Sachal Police Station.
