KDA Employees Union CBA organized a celebration on the occasion of Hazrat Ali’s birthday in Civic Center Karachi.
Director General Karachi Development Authority Naveed Anwar attended the event as a special guest.
On this occasion, DG KDA Naveed Anwar, while giving a short speech, said that the day of birth of Hazrat Ali is very important for Muslims, Hazrat Ali’s teachings are blessed in all aspects, his life is the best example to make people successful in all aspects of life.
This is the beauty of Islam and Islam teaches us that along with our Prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him, Muslims must believe in other Prophets and respect them, he said.
At last, Employees Union President Abdul Maroof thanked DG KDA Naveed Anwar for restoring the medical facilities of the officers and employees.
He further said that the officers and employees were deprived of Dow Medical and Lab facilities for a long time, but due to Naveed Anwar’s personal efforts, medical facilities have been restored .
Considering the economic problems of the employees, DG KDA get approval of a monthly a grant of 40 crores from the Sindh government.
Employees Union will continue to support the positive initiatives of DG KDA Naveed Anwar, he told.
Employees Union CBA Patron General Syed Imran Hussain Jafri, Joint Incharge Mohammad Amir, President Abdul Maroof, General Secretary Qamar Abbas, Deputy General Secretary Sher Afghan, Zeeshan Malik and a large number of KDA officers and employees were present in the ceremony.
