Instructions issued to Concerned departments for arrangements around Polling stations, Chairman TMC Gadap

Chairman Town Municipal Corporation Gadap Tariq Aziz Baloch said that the election which is going to be held on February 8, 2024 and rain is expected regarding it instructions have been given to the concerned department to perform their duties.

Director Sanitation Department Ashraf Baloch and Deputy Director Afzal Laghari is making cleaning arrangements at all the polling stations after the rains, drainage work is also going on at the polling stations of all UCs, besides this, all the departments of Gadap town have been strictly advised for providing water to all the polling stations and the work of managing the lights is going on.

He stated that all the employees who have duty in the election are in touch with their election returning officers and presiding officers.

Vice Chairman Jam Muhammad Jokhio, Finance Officer, Ahmed Dayo, Director HRM Haji Sharif Shaikh, In-charge Anti-Encroachment Cell Sohail Yar Khan, PS Chairman Lal Jan Nabi and In-charge Sanitation Staff Ali Paliju were also present.
