Right To Play Awarded Certificates to Inspiring GOAL Girls of Lyari

Right to Play a Non Government organization (NGO) in collaboration with Standard Chartered Pakistan, hosted a certificated distribution ceremony in recognition of 40 girls for successfully completing a vocational training program. Many of these girls belongs mainly from Lyari, Karachi and are beneficiaries of leading community investment program, GOAL.

Mrs. Shehla Raza, Provincial Minister of Sindh for Women Development was the chief guest at the ceremony. Addressing to attendees of ceremony she said that girls of Lyari are more talented and competent as compare to boys.

She expressed her best wishes for Goal Girls who had accomplished their vocational training managed by Right to Play. She had presented certificates to GOAL Girls.

City News learned that Goal is a global Futuremakers education program that uses sport, play and life-skills education to transform the lives of girls and young community women’s.

Moreover, Goal the Employability and Entrepreneurship initiative was launched in November 2018 in Pakistan.In aspects to provide practical experience and equip, Goal girls and alumni to generate their own income by obtaining a job or developing self entrepreneurship.
