Importance of teacher in character building

The status of teacher is very high in Islam. The teacher’s profession is a prophetic profession. A teacher is a lamp that spreads light everywhere, awakens consciousness.

A teacher is a tree that provides shade and it is the root that makes the branches strong. When it comes to a parallel, unique and dear personality, it becomes difficult to do justice to the writing.

The personality is that of my respected teacher “Dr. Stephen”. The teacher trains his students spiritually, academically and morally. My poor knowledge and limited vocabulary is unable to cover his personality. But still I dare to write a few lines.

“Dr. Stephen” is a dignified and ethical teacher who is an endearing and kind person to his students. The disciples approach the “Sir” for guidance in every aspect of life. No matter how busy he is with important matters, he never disappoints the students.

He does not discriminate among his students, but teaches students to develop high qualities like human compassion, sincerity and compassion.

Also pay attention to their training. When Sir enters the class, the students feel more confident than before.

Despite being an excellent teacher, his knowledge never showed a hint of pride or arrogance. He knows and understands the psychology of the students very well.

He listens to every student’s question in the class very attentively. That’s why students can’t imagine leaving the lecture of “Sir”.

“Sir” has the status of an ideal teacher due to his moderate nature and positive thinking, complete mastery of the subject and complete knowledge of the art of teaching.

These are teachers who teach from the heart.” Sir Aaj is also serving in the university. Living nations always respect their teachers because the role of teachers is most important in the development of the nation.
